We are open as usual and will be posting atleast twice a week.
Please note we handle our stock wearing gloves and a mask. We are taking extra safety measures to make sure you receive your suits in a safe manner however that does not mean you don't have to. We do strongly advise you to wash your new suits like you would with any other clothes.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
DELIVERIES ARE TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL DUE TO COVID AND THERE ARE MANY DELAYS IN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES PLEASE BARE THAT IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING.
Please note due to the current situation we are only posting twice every week which will be on Mondays & Fridays at 3pm.
UK Tracked Delivery: Our processing time for an order is 1-3 days.
We use a tracked delivery service. Delivery can take anytime from 2 to 5 days from being dispatched. Once your suit has been dispatched you will receive an email.
For Next Day Delivery please place your orders by 3 pm. If it placed after 5 pm we will be dispatching it the day after. For example; if you place the order on Monday 6 pm it will be dispatched on the following day.
International Shipping is also available just select the option at checkout. Prices vary on areas.
Reemaz Boutique is not responsible for any missing, lost or damaged parcel.
However, proof of delivery can be requested in the event of an undelivered parcel. If parcel is lost and undelivered you can claim your money back through Royal Mail/Hermes.
Reemaz Boutique does not take responsibility for any international or European orders. Customs have the right to open parcels and charge customs will be passed onto you. If any customs charges are not paid or the parcel is returned to Reemaz Boutique, we will offer a full refund of the product excluding any postal/customs charges.
